The New You Plan Hot Diet Meals are not Michelin star material, but they are GOOD.  Many of our customers tell us after they try them how amazed they are that the meals taste so good and can't believe that they are actually suitable for total food replacement.  

The New You Plan Hot Diet Meals come in a sachet just like a shake or soup. You simply add water and you can cook on the hob or in the microwave and it only takes 3-7 mins to make. The meals are handy if you have a microwave at work for instance. They look like a normal meal so your colleagues would never know you were eating a diet meal. The meals are also great for the evening if you want to sit down and enjoy a meal either on your own or with your family for some normality on your weight loss journey. 

Some customers prefer to limit meals/bars to one per day with shakes/soups making up the rest of their menu and find this most effective. However, there are no strict limits as to what you should or shouldn't do. Everyone is different so you need to experiment and find out what works for you. 

You can take the meals on their own or you can add a small amount of vegetables/salad if this helps you.  Some customers like to add a few mushrooms, have a small floret of brocolli or cauliflower or  add some pieces of pepper which can help to "beef" up the meal. On the other hand, some customers prefer not to add anything and take a total break from food or think adding things will tempt them too much. Again, it is down to personal preference.

The meals are also popular with people who are maintaining. We have customers who use the meals frequently with a plate full of vegetables several times a week to help them to manage their new slim figure.
