To make our Nourishing Total Egg Omelette, simply:


 


1) Empty contents of one pack into a bowl


2) Add 80ml of cold water and whisk well


3) Coat a non-stick pan with 1kcal oil spray and heat


4) Add mixture to the pan and whisk to make scrambled eggs or leave to cook for up to 30 seconds on each side for an omelette
