To make our Exquisite Maple Syrup Total Pancakes, simply:
1) Empty contents of one pack into a bowl.
2) Slowly add 100ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or fork.
3) Leave to stand for 1-3 minutes
4) Coat non-stick pan with 1kcal oil spray and heat
5) Use all the mixture for 1 large pancake or half for 2 smaller pancakes and pour onto the hot pan
6) Cook on a high heat for 30 seconds on each side
Must be consumed within 10 minutes
