Because each product is crafted at a different site using unique formulations, the recommended daily intake may vary from one product to another. These consumption guidelines are carefully determined by each manufacturer based on their specific recipe and ingredient profile to ensure safety and effectiveness.

We encourage you to always check the individual product label for the most accurate usage recommendations.

Daily consumption:

• Pineapple Boost -  Maximum 3 sticks per day
• Berry Boost - Maximum 2 sticks per day
• Combining Berry & Pineapple Boosts - Maximum 2 Pineapple sticks per day & Maximum 1 Berry per day
