New You Sprint is typically followed for 2–4 weeks. It’s a short, structured reset designed to create momentum without overcomplicating things.

2) Simple Four packs a day - with flexibility!

Each day, you’ll have four New You meal replacement packs, spaced across the day to keep things simple and consistent.
