How to use:

• Pour the contents of one stick in to a shaker or bottle and then add 500 ml of water and shake well until well dissolved.
• Leave to stand for at least 30 seconds.
• Shake again for 10 seconds to dissolve the product completely.

Daily consumption:

• For normal hydration and electrolyte balance, 2-3 sticks per day is recommended 
• Store in the original container, protect from light, in a cool (< 25 °C) and dry place
