We do not accept responsibility for delays to packages, any additional charges relating to customs fees and duties. Once a package leaves our premises and is in transit it becomes the customer's responsibility to provide any additional documents required for customs clearance. If you are unable to take delivery of a package or provide required documentation we will not refund any charges and disposal of the package will be done at your own cost.

Your credit/debit card will be charged on the date that your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, i.e. you have already received a dispatch e-mail, you will not be able to cancel your order, however if you return an opened item, New You Plan may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund.
In the unlikely event that you should need to query a mistake made on your order then this needs to be done within 14 days of placing the order for us to deal with your complaint. Any issues raised beyond these timescales not be considered and are at the discretion of the company.
The products we sell are "Perishable Food Items" and are not covered by the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations act 2000). Due to the nature of food packs we are not able to resell or reuse them in case they have been tampered with. This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If we have sent you the incorrect flavours/products in error, i.e. incorrect flavours/products to those requested in writing on your invoice, we will pay to recover the incorrect items as well as replace the incorrect items with the correct items. A verbal request does not form part of an order request invoice.
We will cover the cost of postage if we send you the wrong items. Once we have received the incorrect items, we will refund the postage to the original method of payment used for the corresponding order. We will issue refunds within 2 days of receiving the returned goods. Please allow 3-5 working days after this time for payments to appear on your account.
Any goods returned without our authorisation will not be processed or returned to you (unless you pay the postage).
We do not offer an exchange of unwanted flavours due to Health & Safety Regulations, therefore we recommend that you buy a smaller bundle pack or a mixture of individual items so you can sample a wide range of products.
To request a return for a refund of non-food products please contact customer services. In this case, we would highly recommend you return these non-food items by registered/signed for mail as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit. We will issue refunds within 2 days of receiving the returned goods to the original method of payment associated with the corresponding order. Please allow 3-5 working days after this time for payments to appear on your account.
