Hi everyone!  Welcome to THE NEW YOU PLAN FEBRUARY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!  This is the month of LOVE, and this month I want us all to LOVE OUR BODY’S.

This Month we are going to do something different in our MONTHLY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!

WEEK ONE - Commit to forming ONE HEALTHY HABIT this month

WEEK TWO - Commit to doing something to TREAT YOURSELF 

WEEK THREE – Aim to be wearing one size of SMALLER JEANS

WEEK FOUR – Achieve your monthly WEIGHT LOSS GOAL

WEEK ONE - Commit to forming ONE HEALTHY HABIT this month

To create and maintain a slim healthy New You, you NEED to build in healthy habits.  Drinking water, Walking, Exercising, Sleeping, Meditating – these are all healthy habits that you might want to work on, or you might have one of your own!  Share what healthy habit you are focusing on developing this month, and let us know each week how you are going.

WEEK TWO - Commit to doing something to TREAT YOURSELF

With February being the month of LOVE with Valentine’s day, we want everyone to do something that will be a real treat for you!  Maybe that is booking a massage, a beauty treatment, a spa day, a hair cut, or something you love to do that you haven’t took the time to do for a while.  Maybe even just buying a nice candle and luxury bath bubbles!  Make sure by week 2 that you have treated yourself.

WEEK THREE – Aim to be wearing one size of SMALLER JEANS

By week 3 or 4 in February it would be great if we could all be in a size smaller of jeans!  Losing weight from your waist is one of the most important places to lose weight.  Women should be aiming of a waist measurement of less then 32 inches, and men aiming for less than 37 inches.    You don’t have to state your jean size, but we are going to run a mini competition and once you join the challenge I can tell you how you can be in the running for this if you want to!

WEEK FOUR – Achieve your monthly WEIGHT LOSS GOAL

By the end of the month we would love everyone who takes part in our FEBRUARY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE to achieve their goal for the month.  With Spring fast approaching (the first day of Spring is March 20th) wouldn’t it be great to see the sun coming out, and being able to wear the nice spring fashions this Easter time.  Set your weight loss goal for the month now and every week do your very best to move closer to that goal so you can celebrate at the end of the month, feeling healthier, slimmer and proud of your achievements.

    My weight loss goal for February is 14lb. My treat for reaching that goal will be a hot stone massage.
    I reached my January goal of 21lb, so today I’m treating myself to a session of laser teeth whitening…hate my stained teeth so I’m looking forward to being able to smile with confidence. I packed up smoking 7 years ago and drink black coffee so I know exactly why they’re in the state they’re in. Time for me to take responsibility xxx

    I have a busy Feb coming up with nights, study for important exams in march, turning another year older and of course sticking to the plan 100%. So in order to treat myself I am going to go out shopping to buy a fab dress for a family function in march.

    My aim is to comfortably fit into a pair of size 14 jeans.

    My healthy habits more water and try to get on my cross trainer every night so a mile and build that up as much as I can
    My treat get my eye brows waxed and top lip lol and possible strip colour from my hair so I can go bit lighter it’s almost black right now so might end up with orange hair lol

    No idea what jean size I am lived in leggings for so long might have to go shops to try some on lol

    hi Lisa had a bad start to the week. had an emergency in Cork and left in a hurry without my TFR. on Wednesday was up 2 lb but today I’m down 3 so well pleased with that. need to change my goals a bit though. I said weekend away as a treat but I don’t trust myself lol so changing that to facial. also said size 18 jeans. but today I fitted into a size 16 trousers and coat bit of a muffin top in the trousers but I’m in it yay. 20 lb was probably over ambitious but I’ll try my best thanks have a great day xx
