Planning Your Journey to Dream Destination Slimdom

What is your dream destination?  New York, Las Vegas, Thailand, Florida, Paris, Italy, Switzerland, Australia or is it to live in a slim healthy body: destination SLIMDOM.

Planning a Dream Holiday

Have you ever planned a holiday in your dream destination?  If you have you will realise how much time and effort it takes.  If you want to go to a dream destination, then you need to research and plan ahead so that you can make the most of it.

It takes AGES! Literally it will take you hours on the computer, for days or weeks, searching for where to go, the best attractions, tickets, restaurants, shops, tours, entertainment, shows, events, flights, hotels, the list goes on… It really takes so much time and effort to plan a dream holiday.

I am in the process of planning our next holiday, and an old friend of mine is also going to the same place at the same time.  We were chatting about what we are planning to do and sharing some tips.  She started telling me that she has planned a trip around europe also, she has a scrapbook and has been planning what to do in every country she visits, this is her ultimate dream holiday and I know it will come true for her because she has put so much time and effort into planning every detail and she has pictures in her scrapbook.

When you plan things and take action, they come true.

So whatever you are dreaming about, get it out on paper, make your plan, take action, and it will come true.  Too many people keep their dreams in their head, because they think that is all they are, but when you start taking action and planning, then dreams become reality.

Planning your trip to Destination Slimdom

When you are starting out on your weight loss journey, it is like starting out on a big holiday.  You need to plan and research, and stay focused on moving closer to your destination.  The more attention you put into your journey the more likely you will get to your destination.  Plan every thing, focus on the daily processes and habits.  Understand how ketosis works, get around people who can support you and encourage you, start some activities that suit your level of fitness, push yourself every week to do just a little bit more, be committed total food replacement 100%.  Eat, drink, sleep, breathe your journey to Destination Slimdom.  Make it your full purpose.  Don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way of getting to your dream destination of living in a slim healthy fit body and feeling happy proud and in control.

It does take time and effort and lots of planning and dedication…. but all big goals do.  So you just have to believe that you can do it, and that you deserve it, and then wake up everyday to make it happen.

Live. Your. Dream.

We only have one life, let’s live it on our terms. Set about today to make that happen.  

Get to where you want to be with your body and plan a great holiday as your deadline! 🙂
