Our July Weight Loss challenge was a great success. We had a huge amount amount of entrants and tons have SMASHED their July weight loss goal.  Well Done to all involved! So far we have 160 entrants and some amount of goals are being SMASHED already!

    Despite what leaderboard says, I’ve actually lost 15lb in 3 weeks :-). TOTAL WOO HOO! Clothes that were tight are now loose. It’s awesome. LOVE the plan.

    :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) lost so far, not bad as I put 3lb on over blipping a couple of weeks back and managed to loose it again and staying strong! 2lb to go to get to what I want to be, I can not believe ive come this far already x
