Welcome to Wow Wednesday, over the past four weeks I have shared some amazing moments with our customers in relation to their achievements both off and on the scales. Today gives you the opportunity to share the moments that have made you smile off the scales.
 Today’s task:
At the start of the blog I had mentioned that this was something that had remained unchanged for the last three weeks. Now in week four of the Countdown to Christmas Cracker Challenge I plan to keep this the same.
I would still love to hear from you in the comments of today’s Wow Wednesday about the things that have happened to you off the scales that have been worthy of being called WOW moments!!!! It is my hope that there are things that happen to you each day that make you stop for just a second and think YES! before a sneaky smile adorns you.

My wow moment was buying my winter jacket and putting on a 16 and to big Wow and having to go back to clothes rack for a 14 x yipee
I am sure there was a smile at this point Rachael 🙂 well done – a five star WOW moment!
My wow moment was realising the the black trousers I live in (as I tend not to really buy clothes unless they are falling apart) are getting really baggy!!!! And this is after only two weeks on the plan!!!!! WOW
WOW is right Devinia – you will be replacing these a few times over the coming weeks at this rate 🙂
My wow moment had being every day , I can out of bed with no aches or pains , have loads of energy & my moods so much better . Everyday at the moment is wow . Xxx

My teenager told me I am a sexy mommie now in my jeans ….. That was MY WOW MOMENT
Definitely a warm and fuzzy moment Julie – having the approval of a teenager is always a massive boost and you earned it!!
My wow moment was on Friday when my partner and kids got takeaway pizza. We only get it once or twice a year and I resisted having a nibble!! They ordered my favourites and I left them to it while I had a lovely hot bath. By the time it’s ordered in again I will be at goal and able to have a slice but for now I’m in the zone 🙂 x
It really is a wow moment how after a while on the plan these elements of temptation that we once believed to be so hard are in fact non issues!! 🙂 Thanks Clare
My WOW moment was trying on my Red dress for Christmas and feeling Sexy in it !!!! 🙂

My wow moment was when I went coat shopping and got into a smaller coat. Didnt buy it tough gonna wait to get a smaller size in the sales : )
I like your thinking here Amanda 🙂 It will make good economic sense though – smaller size and smaller price!
My wow moment was buying a skin tight dress for Xmas and actually thinking I look good in it, for years I’ve been watching my friends wear them n I’ve always been too heavy and not had confidence xx not this Xmas lol watch out ha ha

I went into a shop yesterday with not much time so I thought “I will just lift this skirt without trying it on and if it doesn`t fit I can bring it back”- well it fits- 2 sizes smaller than when I started 9 weeks ago- YIPEE- AND it was just off the rail AND not in the “plus size” department. Am sooooooo happy and can`t believe it!!!!:) The other side of the story was that as it is tartan my children wanted to know if I bought bagpipes too!!! lol 🙂

My wow moment happened off the scales yesterday when I passed my exams and achieved my Diploma in Law – only 2yrs left before my degree is complete. Iv had such an exhausting year with having a new baby and a house move. I constantly felt so tired and lethargic. Then I started the New You Plan & had such a burst of energy. The tiredness disappeared and I felt I was able to study late into the wee hours. All my hard work has paid off & all I could say yesterday was WOW WOW WOW 😉
WOW WOW WOW WOW – WOOOOOHOOOO I am thrilled for you Lorna – told you that you would have aced it! :)The hard work is only just starting to pay off. This is the start of so much more!
Wow wow wow I’m still 100% on day 17 feeling happier healthy stronger and so much more excited for Xmas 🙂

My WOW moment has been since I started… Got one 3 year old and one baby and it’s been hard cooking and going out grocery shopping … But not a single blip!! Feels great my hubby says.. U r doing soooo well wifey… U are soooo strong and will powered.. Proud of u!! But what tops is is when my 3 year old says..”Mummy… U beautiful Mumma!!”
Bless Ushma the kindness of kin is always a massive boost and this definitely has the WOW factor in my books!! Keep it up 🙂
My WOW moment was walking out of work and my tracksuit bottoms nearly falling down!! IM almost 3 weeks on the diet and feeling so so good. Full of energy and my skin has never been better. Amazing 🙂

My wow moment would have to be fitting into a size 10 new look skirt after only 3 weeks on the plan it was tight and around the smallest part of my waist but loved every minute of that night xxx
I know you will have rocked it Charlene and just think how far ahead you will be in another three weeks! 🙂
My wow moment this week so far, has to be that I lost the 2lb gain I had from my 10 day re feed in just one day back on plan!
Plus I had a great time away in Belfast with the NY team and having to wear dresses was a huge deal for me and I pulled it off ! I’m super proud of myself!!! I felt amazing x

My WOW off scales moment happened on Sunday when I discovered that I am now able to file and paint my toe nails without getting in a hot sweaty lather!
Just a shame it’s the winter and they are all tucked up in sock and boots ~ roll on the summer ;0

Hiya 🙂 I’m on Day 3 today but have already had a Wow when I fastened the belt on my trousers yesterday – had to move to the next hole – ALREADY – WOW !!!!!

My WOW moment this week was finishing up my two week re-feed and I’ve lost 2lb ! Back on plan since Monday and realised how much I enjoy not having to worry about what to eat next..
I really enjoyed this Alva and two thumbs up for being so driven!! 🙂
A new WOW moment happens for me every single day when I get up and catch a glimpse of my new stomach in the mirror. Thanks NY!

My wow moments was walking past a mirror in the shopping centre thinking it was someone else and thinking how good they looked but actually it was me, had a double take a few time and walked away with the biggest smole on my face x

my wow moment is realising that im so much stronger than when i started NY,cooking the family meals used to be so hard but now does,nt bother me at all and at work Friday used to be my worst day to get through but it,s easy now.x

Not exactly wow! It more of a relief that got some energy back! I was able to dash across town for a meeting on Monday whereas last week I wouldn’t have been able to. Still not bursting with energy but it’s good to be back to my normal level 🙂

My wow moment was realising that a pair of jeans (that were too tight for me when I bought in September) not only fit me now BUT I can take them off without opening the zip and button. Woop :). Oh and that a size 10 jumpsuit actually zips up on me, even if it is a tad too tight lol.

my wow moments this week are that even though I find the plan challenging with all of the Christmas functions/stressful situations in life that are going on, my daughter manages to motivate me to carry on and tell me how much she loves me and is proud of my achievements!!!!

My Wow moment this week is getting into size 18 dresses, still 20 in trousers but 18 in dresses so I brought 3 xxx

Another fab video.. My wow moment was having a sneaky weigh in this morning.. And way hey seen a figure on the scales I never ever thot was possible!! But yeah I did it.. 7st .13 3/4…!!!! I’ve hovered about 8.1/2 for such a long tym with breaks and odd blip.. Finally kissed good bye 2 the 8’s… Yippee de do day.. It’s been the Best day of my life for a long tym!! Thanks again new you.. My WOW moment was yesterday. I took some maxi dresses that I had bought Just at the time I started the plan…to be altered..I hadn’t worn or tried them on for months….knew they had got TOO LONG….boy….that was an understatement….4 inches on the double at the busts etc; WOW….I know the scales say I have lost over 5 stone….but I can’t SEE the difference….wearing a lot of the same stuff…leggins etc;…..can’t wait to get the dresses back and wear clothes that FIT. xx

My wow today was wearing trousers I wasnt able to get up my legs 3 weeks ago. Ankther wow was the realisation that of I can do new you why do I need huge portions and massess of carbs. Plans are in progress for my healthier diet once I finish new you.
My wow moment was one of the mums at the school pick up telling me I’m getting skinnier every time she seems me 🙂
Okay my wow moment is managing to get through that ‘time of the month!’ without deviating from the NY Plan. Normally at this time I would be craving everything and totally lose control with what I put in my mouth. Well, NOT this time, I proved to myself that I CAN DO this even when things get tough- EMPOWERED 🙂 xx
