        Week 2 loss of 2lbs that’s 11pound in 2 weeks i’m so happy as it was a bad week but made it trough. i have no plans over the next few weeks that can trow me off course.

    Nothing again this week but my main concern was not going up! I forgot to take into accout. Refeeding this month. So that’s why two weeks the same. I’ve got my spring into summer bundle on order and hoping to be almost a stone down by the end of the next six weeks.

    Another good week 3.1lbs that’s a total of 24lbs. Really pleased that’s it’s coming of a few pounds a week. Fitness is also much better, out running again every day. Thanks NYP and SS now for my April target.
