Lesson 16 “The Amazing Power of a 90 day focus!”

90-days

One thing that really helps me with my weight loss, or life in general is having a 90 Day Focus.

When you think about it, 90 days is not a long time, but what you can achieve in 90 days in anything is just amazing and exciting!

90 Days on Total Food Replacement Diet, you can drop 3-4 sizes, 3-4 stone, the changes this will have to your energy levels, fitness levels, and your overall health is crazy!! And then you also have major benefits to your style, confidence, happiness, relationships, and self esteem!

Basically you can totally improve every area of your life dramatically in 90 short days.

The thought of that should excite you!

Get a clear picture of what your life would be like if you where 3-4 stone lighter.  Think of how every situation would be different.  From waking up in the morning, getting dressed, going to work, who you meet, social occassions, going clothes shopping, your love life etc.

Write down in clear detail how your life would be different.

Then promise yourself that you are going to give yourself everything you have got for the next 90 days to make this your reality.

If you have a bad day… you are giving you 100%.  There are going to be NO EXCUSES for 90 days.

For the next 90 days PROJECT NEW YOU – is your number one priority.

You can and will do this!

      the last 90 days has been hectic been helping my Mum look after my grandparents who are both not that well. I have been doing the New You plan for 31 days so far and already lost an awesome amount of weight and will be keeping this going for longer than 90 days with a strict refeed at Christmas for 2 weeks – I already have a lot more energy and can only dream about how I will feel although that dream is coming a reality with each day I manage – its amazing how the feelings just keep getting better and better and I am loving the new changes that are happening

      I’m an oldie and can vouch for the 90 days commitment although sometimes people find that daunting…I did it in 21 days segments….and was always WOWED with the results…plus by the time you get that first 3 weeks done you just KNOW your going to succeed. This plan works. Not with empty promises….it does what it says on the packet…do the 4 and 4 and you WILL LOSE a stone a month…simples….back on the plan and on day 24 and flying again….the first few days are tough….but stick with it. I lost 7 st on the plan initially…sorry for repeating myself if you have read anything previous from me….I put a stone on over the last year…but that is GONE …whoo hoo….now aiming for ANOTHER stone before the event…..and it is that simple….stick with it and YOU will get rid of the stones and be the SIZE YOU WANT to be….just love this plan and group…think I am a life member though ha ha. xx

      I sooo. Sooo hope I will be at my final goal within 90 days ! Totally committed, and flying along at the moment . It’s such a short time for such fantastic results 🙂 xx

      i have found the last 90 days life changing i came back to plan after a break due to unforseen circumstances but i can honestly say its been amazing to be back my clothes are getting looser again i feel fantastic,in the next 90 days i hope to reach or even exceed my goal i have the partyy to look forward to when i will meet all the amazing people who have shared my journey with me

      The last week of August I was on new you but needed an extra kick to keep me going
      I got a personal trainer to come to my house and make up a programme for me and my 16yr old daughter who is type 1 diabetic and needs excercise also , we meet him 2 times a week and all I can say is WOW ….. weight is flying off I am tonein as I am losing ….hubbie works away and when he comes homes he see s the differences in me ,I feel so happy , have a lot of stress dealing with my child’s Diabeties , my daughter having very hard time living with it , but I had to make time for ME ,
      NEW YOU DIET IS THE BEST

      In the last 90 days I have lost over 3 stone (lost nearly 5 in total). My clothes fit better, or are too big! I get compliments when I go out. I have more self confidence & I am more active as I have more energy.

      In the next 90 days I want to enjoy all the Christmas parties feeling comfortable with my body and how I look. I want to be able to start horse riding again (currently too heavy) and increase my exercise generally. I also want to be more sociable as I now have the confidence to go out and meet up with my friends instead of hiding away.

      I love New You – It has given me my life back 😉
