Terry lost 2 and half stone in the time that she has been on The New You Plan, this has seen her drop from a size 14-16 to a 10-12. Terry dropped from 12 stone 5 down to 10 stone.  8 lbs of this was lost in her very first week on The New You Plan.

 

 

 

 

 

Terry’s reasons for starting:

Terry had successfully lost weight with other companies in the past but had a few pounds creep back on. When Terry tried to go back to these companies she found it hard to stick with it and lose the weight completely. One of Terry’s friends suggested a ketosis diet / meal replacement plans. When doing her research Terry found The New You Plan online just before Christmas of 2012. She picked up the plan and found the 8 lb drop in her first week worked to keep her motivated.

Terry opted to do our diet in short intervals – two week to one month at a time and then maintaining the weight loss for a couple of months after before repeating the process again. When Terry feels that her jeans are getting a bit tight or if she feels that she is going backwards then she will do out TFR / VLCD plan for 2 weeks.

 

Terry’s advice to anyone starting out on our VLCD:

Terry found that following Julie-Ann on the 7 day Kick start video’s were a huge help to Terry. These video’s are free to all our customers!
Terry also suggests that you try and plan it so that it falls over a period that suits you. When you have a free social calendar. Terry found that it was best to start the plan when she was at home as there were too many temptations at work.

Terry points out something that is really important in terms of staying motivated from the very start and that is take before photos. You will be glad you did!

If Terry is finding Total Food Replacement difficult she will then do Partial Food Replacement whereby she has three of the New You products and a healthy balanced meal in the evening.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What Terry hoped to achieve through her weight loss journey:

Terry feels that when you gain weight you lose your confidence and hide in clothes that hide who you are! For Terry it was about the way she felt in her clothing.

Terry talks Support at The New You Plan:

Terry found the Secret Slimmers group to be a valuable tool and terry points out one of the most important factors here in that you don’t even necessarily need to take part to benefit from this group. Seeing the success of others and seeing the answers to the most common questions is enough of a boost to keep you on track.

Terry’s Day on TFR:

At the time that Terry was doing the diet our products were designed in such a way that you only needed three a day if you were a lady. This has now changed to four items per day. There are some key elements of the discussion that I had with Terry here that will help you regardless of the change if your preferences are indeed similar to Terry’s.

The first is that Terry would hold off until a little later in the morning before having her first product as she found it more important to have a product later in the evening.

The second was that Terry would save a bar, snack or a meal for the evening time as she found that it was important to have something more substantial in the evenings.
