Welcome to Day 9 of the new you plan weight loss challenge!

“Let’s make May Magnificent!” I hope the month has got off to a positive start for you, and you are feeling this week is going to be a positive week for you to achieve your weight loss goals and get closer to the clothes size you want to be in!

Today I wanted to refresh our minds on what we need to do to make our dreams come true, so that we can be focused on making this month really amazing. We have already covered so many great topcis in our challenge, and if you haven’t already watched all the videos then I would recommend that you do that.

I also hope that you are completing the daily tasks, as the more daily consistent focused action you put into this challenge and into making your mind focused on achieving your slim figure the easier it will be and the more momentum you will build!

Here is today’s video for you, and the message today is HOW TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.  I know this video is focused on weight loss, but you could also apply these principles to any other dreams you might have!  I really hope you enjoy the video and it helps you to get really focused this week, as I really want you to KILL IT!!
