Day 7 New You Plan Weight Loss Challenge*

HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY!

I hope you have a super bank holiday today. Today I have a task for you, and if you can’t complete it today, then please complete it before the end of the week.

This is the WARDROBE TASK…

If you have been struggling with your weight then you might have the problem that your wardrobe has a variety of clothes sizes in it.  When you open your wardrobe to find something to wear it might be a bit of minefield due to the different sizes!

SO! Your Bank Holiday task is to SORT OUT YOUR WARDROBE….

  • Get out all of your clothes
  • Divide your clothes into sizes
  • Any clothes that are too big for you, or you don’t like – GET RID OF THEM.  Either give them away, bring them to a charity shop or sell them.
  • All the clothes that fit you NOW – have these organised so that when you open your wardrobe this is what you see
  • All the clothes that are one size smaller than you are now – have these somewhere that you can see and aim to try them on every week (you should be able to wear them in couple of weeks)
  • Any clothes that are really smaller just put them out of sight until you drop to the next clothes size down, and then in a couple of weeks you can bring them to the forefront of your wardrobe again.
  • If you can afford it – go and get something that will brighten up your current clothes, like a new bag, shoes, scarf, or even make up.  ANYTHING that will make you feel better.

When you have completed the task and your wardrobe is looking ORGANISED please feel free to post a picture over at our facebook page or on secret slimmers.

Don’t forget to add your weekly weigh in to the LEADERBOARD!  It doesn’t matter how much weight you lose, as long as you are updating the leaderboard then you can have a chance to win one of our prizes! 🙂

      hope the weekend went well for you !

      what a great idea, get the wardrobe sorted, no more moaning.. what to wear.

      I have lost 101b this week and have got into size 12 jeans, woohoo.I don’t know how to put on leader board, it doesn’t seem to high light…

      Day 7:

      Got up early this am and ooooooops!, was very tempted, but made up my
      banana shake and went back to bed!
      Just weighed in now and delightfully lost 9 lbs! Perhaps been a little extra kind to yourself, by taking that extra “lie in” is good for the mind, as well as the body, so hi everyone, be kind and gentle to yourself
      today!
      Off to watch the wardrobe task! Happy smiles!!!:) 🙂

      Hi Julie. I lost 3.2lbs this week. Probably could have done better with the water. Roll on week #2! 🙂

      Which means I have lost 59lbs altogether 😀

      At the start of my journey I was overwhelmed with the amount of weight I had to loose, but it just goes to show if you put your mind to something you really can do it!!

      I AM going to loose another 2-2&half stone before end of July/August.

      I really can’t believe this and maybe I need to go to spec savers. I have weighed myself today and I have lost 1 stone 3 pound in just a week. I have picked up the scales and placed them in 6 different place just to check and even had the kids weight themselves. Its true and I am so happy. Hope everyone else is getting great results.

      I have had a bit of a dumb dumb day, you sort the leader board out on Tuesday and Friday…. Silly me. :((

      day 2 second time round on tfr with my hen and wedding looming. lost 11 ponunds first time round and promtly put it all back on hoping the tight timline of hen June bank holiday and august wedding will movitate me.

      Im seriously thirsty litre of water down and its not yet midday
